Tirana, 29 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian main opposition party today said it filed a complaint to the Constitutional Court, citing seven breaches of parliamentary procedures by the ruling Socialist Party (PS), when the Parliament adopted two days ago an agreement with the USA for a 302 USD million for purchase of military weapons and equipment.
