Tirana, 23 April 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian police said it arrested one local national and seized a total of 1045 cannabis seeds in his vehicle, as the police action of early-stage detection of cannabis cultivation continues ahead of summer.
“During the operation, at the entrance to the city of Durres, the Police services have stopped the vehicle driving the suspected author, citizen A. Sh. During checking the vehicle, they found 2 bags of suspected narcotic Cannabis Sativa seeds (a total of 1045 seeds), which were seized in the quality of material proof, along with the vehicle,” police said in a press release.
