Tirana, 02 August 2024, dtt-net.com – Albania’s Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), today said it has sought trial of total twelve people, including the former minister of environment Lefter Koka of the ruling Socialist Party (PS) on charges of “abuse of duty” in relation to a public call for a landfill and incinerator in the capital Tirana.
