Tirana, 09 September 2026, dtt-net.com – Upgrade of wastewater infrastructure in Albanian coastal town of Durres was launched today, a project co-financed by the EU with a grant and France’s agency with a loan.
The financial assistance combines an €85 million EU grant, with a €33.4 million sovereign loan from the French Development Agency (AFD).
