Tirana, 04 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Albanian Judicial Electoral College of the Administrative Court of Appeal today rejected a call of main opposition party to annul May 11 election results of country’s election commission.
With 3 votes against and 2 in favour, the complaint of the Democratic Party (PD) was rejected, thus paving the way for the Central Election Commission (CEC) to officially declare elections results in 12 districts, contested by the PD which accuses the ruling Socialist Party (PS) and the government of election fraud and multiple irregularities.
