Tirana, 13 January 2023, dtt-net.com – Albania’s Prime Minister, Edi Rama, today had a phone conversation with President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, informing him that Albanian government will open embassy in Kyiv this year, on the occasion of 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
