Bosnia opposition lawmakers file complaint to the top court over re-election of Serb entity’s government

Sarajevo, 27 January 2026, dtt-net.com – Eleven members of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Parliament have filed a complaint to the Constitutional Court against election of Serb entity’s new government as they believe that the new prime minister cannot be mandated by current entity’s President in technical mandate who is not elected through direct elections. The complaint to the election of Savo Minic and his reshufled cabinet by entity’s Parliament of this month, after his initial resignation because of being mandated by former President stripped off from the post because of banned by BiH court, is made by  eleven members of the House of Representatives of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and Democratic Front (DF).
