Sarajevo, 27 March 2026, dtt-net.com – A draft-Constitution of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) voted in the first reading in March last year and which foresees setting up entity’s army separate from that of BiH, and which also implies joining a state union, , federation or confederation, with Serbia or “groups of states”, was declared unconstitutional by country’s Constitutional Court.
