Sarajevo, 03 July 2026, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today refuted an appeal of the Serb party over amendments made to the criminal law in 2023 by the western-backed envoy, based on which the former president of Serb entity was found guilty and banned from official positions for six years.
