Sarajevo, 07 March 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today suspended the last week law of Serb entity’s Parliament which bans the functioning of country’s judiciary bodies and state level police structure, but the temporary verdict of the top court seems to have no effect as Serb entity refuses to implement court’s decisions too.
