Croatia journalist publishes document alleging involvement of Serbia President in organizing killings of civilians in Bosnia capital by foreigners

Sarajevo, 21 January 2026, dtt-net.com – A Croatian investigative journalist today published at his Facebook account a document of September 1993 suggesting that Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic participated in voluntary accompaniment of armed foreigners from Serbian capital Belgrade to the hills of Bosnian capital for “’Safari Sarajevo’ in killing with snipers Sarajevo civilians. “On September 17, 1993, Slavko Aleksić signed an order ordering units under the control of the Central Homeland Administration of the SRS (Serb Radical Party) to ensure the unhindered movement of Aleksandar Vučić, a volunteer accompanying foreign guests of the Novo Sarajevo Chetnik Detachment. The order was given to me by Aleksić's co-fighters. The order is one of the key documents proving Aleksandar Vučić's participation in human safaris in wartime Sarajevo,” Margetic wrote, publishing the document signed by Aleksić.
