Brussels, 06 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The European Commission (EC) has called Serbia authorities not to implement recently changes made to several judicial laws by Serbian Parliament and decreed by authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic, which it says hurt independent work of Serbian prosecutors.
The call was made by the EU Justice Commissioner Michael McGrath to the Serbian Justice Minister Nenad Vujić during a meeting of yesterday in Brussels, EC spokesperson Guillaume Mercier said.
