Prishtina, 29 December 2023, dtt-net.com – Calling Kosovo and Serbia authorities to implement their “obligations” from Brussels ‘basic agreement’, including formation of what is called “Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)” by Kosovan government, the USA Ambassador Jeff Hovenier today said that the ‘normalization’ process of relations between the two countries will be concluded at a later stage with mutual recognition between the two sides as both seek moving forward on their EU pathway.
