Strasbourg, 14 February 2023, dtt-net.com – The European Commissioner in charge of EU enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, today said that Montenegro needs early parliamentary elections, hoping that they will take place this spring, in order for the country to have a political stability and make progress with needed reforms for further advancement in the stalled membership negotiations.
