EU says Bosnia’s Serb entity legislative moves on defamation, NGOs and LGTB, will harm country’s European path

Sarajevo, 27 March 2023, dtt-net.com – The EU expressed concern over recent moves by the parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to criminalize defamation, a draft law on NGOs and plans for a third one over LGTB rights, and warned that the moves are harming country’s EU pathway.
