European greens call EU’s biggest group of parties to expel Serbia’s ruling party from its ranks

Brussels/Belgrade, 03 September 2026, dtt-net.com - The European Green Party (EGP) today called on the European People’s Party (EPP) to “end its association” with Aleksandar Vučić’s Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and “expel SNS from its ranks”, because of planned funeral with state and military honours to the deceased war criminal Ratko Mladic convicted by the UN court in The Hague of Srebrenica Genocide.
