Belgrade, 02 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The EU should consider suspending negotiations with Serbia and Chapter 23 because of “alarming findings” about deteriorating situation of press and media freedom in the candidate country as result of “censorship, political pressure, increasing media capture, relentless smear campaigns” by state authorities and government officials, the Leipzig-based Media Freedom Rapid Response (MFRR) called today in a report.
