Belgrade, 22 September 2024, dtt-net.com – Five people died, including a one-year-old child, in a traffic accident in Serbia Saturday, involving a vehicle of local army, local authorities said.
The interior ministry said that in the accident occurred in the road between Kraljevo and Raška in the town of Bojanići a traffic accident occurred in which a vehicle of the Serbian Army and a passenger car collided leaving five people were killed and one seriously injured.
“The driver and passengers in the passenger car, D. L. (1991), L. L. (2014), L. L. (2017), M. L. (2023) and D. K. (1997) died, while M.L. (1992) suffered serious bodily injuries,” the ministry said.
The driver of the army’s vehicle is detained and sent to the prosecution for further proceedings.
