Tirana, 14 May 2024, dtt-net.com – The German former member of the European Parliament (EP) and former chairman of EP’s Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET), Elmar Brok, was today in Albanian capital Tirana for his 78th birthday to show support to the former Prime Minister of the country, Sali Berisha, who is put on house arrest since late December on the request of the prosecution over investigation on alleged ‘passive corruption’ during his 2005-2009 mandate, which he denies.
