Further decrease of irregular border crossings reported from W. Balkans route to the EU

Sarajevo, 18 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX) reported a decrease of 43 percent of irregular entries of illegal migrants to the EU through Western Balkans route during first eleven months this year. According to the new data, 11862 irregular entries were detected during the January-November period through the route.
