Podgorica, 25 September 2026, dtt-net.com – Montenegro’s main opposition party said it will end any kind of cooperation with the ruling parties over remaining constitutional changes which need two-third of votes as part of ongoing reforms needed for progress in EU accession negotiations, because of support being expressed by the ruling parties to the Serb speaker of the parliament, Andrija Mandic, who is Srebrenica Genocide Denier and who glorifies the very same person convicted of the genocide and who died last month and buried with a Serbia-state organized funeral in Belgrade.
