Prishtina, 04 August 2025, dtt-net.com – Employees of Kosovo’s public broadcaster (RTK) said they will take the streets tomorrow (August 5) in capital Prishtina to call the caretaker government for urgent allocation of broadcaster’s budget for second half of the year, amid looming financial crises as consequence of ongoing stalemate over constitution of Parliament following February elections, but later during the day they postponed the protest.
RTK’s employee’s union initially said they will protest in front of the parliament to call the caretaker government of Albin Kurti for budget release by next week at latest, warning of other protest measures if not, but today they promised of a solution to be found prompting to abandon the protest of Tuesday.
