Podgorica, 16 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Six judges of the Montenegro Constitutional Court of Montenegro today were divided over the controversial agreement of government on tourism and real estate signed and turned into law with United Arab Emirates.
Three judges voted for review of the constitutionality of the deal and three voted against, the top court announced today, a decision which makes the deal remain in force as there was no majority of votes to review it.
