Prishtina, 03 February 2026, dtt-net.com – Kosovan Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) today ruled against Central Election Commission (CEC) refusal to announce final results for the Serbia-backed Serb List party of December parliamentary elections.
Last week CEC members approved final election results of 23 entities but not of Serb List and its candidates for seats in 120-seat parliament.
Today ECAP said the non-approval is in breach of the election rules and laws.
