Prishtina, 28 May 2026, dtt-net.com – Kosovan prime minister said decision of his government in technical mandate of two days ago to subside fight companies used by Diaspora is not related to June 7 elections, but a support scheme aimed at avoiding cancelation of flight during summer holiday period.
“Facing the risk of some flights scheduled during July and August being cancelled due to the rising fuel costs, our decision yesterday to subsidize the airlines connecting our diaspora destinations became necessary,” Albin Kurti said in a press release, after accusations by opposition parties of vote buy attempts for next month early elections.
