Prishtina, 26 June 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Kosovo today said that newly elected lawmakers should constitute new Parliament withing 30 days from today, after the deadlock saga since February elections, but the top court failed to explain what should be the next step if the parliament is not constituted and the deadlock saga continues.
“…In accordance with this Judgment, the Constitutive Session of the Assembly must be concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days by electing the President and its Vice-Presidents,” the top court said today in its ruling.
