Prishtina, 05 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Election appellate body of Kosovo today annulled Central Election Commission’s (CEC) decision of earlier this week not to certify Serb List for December 28 new parliamentary elections.
Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) ordered CEC to certify Serb List party which is formed in 2013 and controlled by Serbia’s authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic and his Progressive Party (SNS).
