Sarajevo, 12 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The leader of main party of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today called country’s institutions for quick changes to the law in Bosniak-Croat entity for construction of gas interconnector from Croatia, which will supply the country with American LNG, to clear the last obstacle and launch the project following last month USA-brokered deal after years of disputes with Bosniaks.
Dragan Covic of the Croatian Democratic Union of BiH (HDZ BiH) said that the existing BH-Gas company must be removed from the draft-law adopted by the House of People of the Bosniak-Croat entity (Federation of BiH) and to include the deal brokered by new USA government and which includes involvement of an American investing company in construction and managing the project.
