Podgorica/Rome, 23 October 2025, dtt-net.com – Governments of Montenegro and Italy signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the integration of the electricity market between the two countries.
The MoU was signed by the Minister of Energy and Mines of Montenegro, Admir Šahmanovic, and the Italian Minister of Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin, in Rome.
