Podgorica, 07 March 2024, dtt-net.com – The High Court of Montenegro ruled that crypto-currency trader Do Kwon should be extradited to his native country, South Korea, after earlier this week the Appellate court rejected a decision for extradition to the USA where he is also wanted on fraud charges, local media reported.
