Podgorica, 17 April 2026, dtt-net.com – An opposition political party in Montenegro today filed proposals for changes to election law calling for end of closed lists and introduction of names of candidates, knowns as open lists, in both, parliamentary and municipal elections.
The proposal was filed in parliamentary procedures by the URA movement of the former Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic.
