Podgorica, 29 September 2024, dtt-net.com – The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) won 30 percent of votes in Sunday municipal elections in capital Podgorica, but it has little changes of finding sufficient partners to form majority and oust from power in capital’s assembly ruling parties at central level, according to exit polls.
