Podgorica, 29 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party in Montenegro, Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), today announced that it will boycott the population and households census which starts on November 30, citing unmet conditions with the opposition agreed and signed with the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic and his refusal to postpone it for few more days until all agreed is fulfilled.
