Podgorica, 06 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The President of Montenegro today called members of the Parliament to fill the void of three seats and elect new judges in the seven-member Constitutional Court.
Top court’s members are elected for a term of 12 years. Judges are elected by the Parliament with two-third of all lawmakers in the 81-seat legislative body, of which two candidates are proposed by President and five by the Parliament members.
