Prishtina, 26 August 2025, dtt-net.com – A new bridge, nearby the main one, on the Iber river which divides in two municipalities the northern town of Mitrovica was opened today for vehicle circulation and pedestrians, a project protested by Serbia-backed local Serbs and the western European powers.
Construction works on the second one for circulation of only pedestrians are underway, while the main one continues to be banned for vehicles by western peacekeeping troops …
