Skopje, 16 December 2025, dtt-net.com – North Macedonia’s public chief prosecutor today handed over his resignation prior to being dismissed by the parliament on the request of government.
Ljupčo Kocevski announced his resignation today in a press conference, as the Parliament was set to vote during the day for dismissal on the proposal of the government of the Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, which accuses Kocevski of “unauthorized disclosure of information, data on court cases, thereby violating the obligation to protect the secrecy of the procedure in accordance with the law.”
