Skopje, 13 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of North Macedonia is set to rule on the protocol of 2022 of the agreement of 2017 with Bulgaria, following a complaint by a former member of Parliament.
The top court is asked by Liljana Popovska to annul the protocol of the treaty of friendship, good neighbourly relations and cooperation between the two countries, which she says is in breach of North Macedonia’s Constitution and because of not being ratified by its Parliament.
