Of W. Balkans six countries Serbia the worst, Montenegro the best, on media freedom (report)

Paris/Belgrade, 30 April 2026, dtt-net.com – A media freedom worldwide ranking index of the Paris-based Reporters without Borders (RSF) placed Serbia at the worst place of six countries in the Western Balkans, with Montenegro ranking best in the region. RSF placed Serbia at 104th place worldwide in its 2026 report, dropping for 8 places (from 96th) of 2025 report.
