Sarajevo, 10 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The Serb entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has hired Canada-based lobbying company Dickens & Madson (Canada) Inc. of an Israeli-Canadian businessman in September 2025 for a two-year period, seeking “to secure the support of the United States and obtain independence from Bosnia and Herzegovina”, a company’s registration file at the USA department of Justice of October 2025 shows.
The consultancy agreement signed by Montreal-based company’s President Ari Ben-Menashe and Serb entity’s representative in Vienna (Austria) Mladen Filipovic on 06 September 2025 also says that the company shall lobby to “secure the support of the United States government to remove Christian Schmidt as High Representative in Bosnia Herzegovina” and “for the revocation of all U.S. Department of the Treasury Sanctions (OFAC) and any other sanctions, personal and family sanctions, business interests, associates and to anyone or any entity specified as ‘SIGNIFICANT ACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THE DODIK FINANCIAL NETWORK’ as well as those sanctioned as "ORGANIZERS OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA DAY,” according to the file from the USA Department of Justice Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
