Sarajevo, 03 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today amended the law on police paving the way for “auxiliary” police force, a move protested Bosniak-Croat entity officials.
According to entity’s government, around 1000 additional policemen would be needed for humanitarian emergency situations and for the fight against illegal migration, but opponents say the proposal is a cover-up by Serb entity’s President Milorad Dodik and his associates aimed at strengthening entity’s security forces related to their secessionist goal.
