Belgrade, 26 August 2025, dtt-net.com – An opposition party in Serbia today renewed its calls for a technical and transitional government which would exclude members of political parties, and prepare for free and fair elections, as it accuses the ruling Progressive Party (SNS) controlled by authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic of vote theft and irregularities in previous parliamentary and municipal elections.
Lawmaker from the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP), Marinika Tepic, told TV N1 today that a such government would prevent election irregularities and also avoid what she called “bloodshed”.
