Belgrade, 05 June 2023, dtt-net.com – Pressed by the opposition for resignation and of his government too, the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic wants to increase election threshold for parties to qualify for seats in the parliament from 3 percent to 5 percent and for pre-election coalitions to 7 percent, as he is expected to announce this week decision for, eventually, both new parliamentary and presidential elections, while saying that he is ready also for new municipal elections in capital Belgrade.
