Sarajevo, 17 February 2026, dtt-net.com – Another session of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) House of Peoples which included proposals for changes to the law on BiH Court and High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) failed, as members of the main Serb ruling party refused to form needed ethnic quorum.
Only two of five Serb members of the upper house in the 15 member body were present when needed to adopt session’s agenda today.
