Podgorica, 04 January 2023, dtt-net.com – Heads of parliamentary majority parties in Montenegro today failed to find a compromise over ministerial portfolios for a new government, despite agreeing earlier to appoint a Prime Minister-Designate proposed by the pro-Russia and pro-Serbia Democratic Front (DF) coalition of Serb parties and their push for a new cabinet without early elections.
