Sarajevo, 23 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The EU and United Kingdom today protested the decision of the Parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to challenge country’s court sentencing of leader of entity’s Serbs who is banned from holding entity’s President post after challenging decisions of western-backed envoy.
The EU and the UK said the referendum called for October 25 is in breach of country’s laws and Constitution which does not foresee referendums challenging state level court rulings.
