Belgrade, 15 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners announced today withdrawal from luxury hotel project in Serbian capital of Belgrade, USA media reported, after a Serbian minister today was indicted by the prosecution of forging documents of the area planned for construction.
Wal Street Journal (WSJ) reported that Kushner’s company Affinity Partners decided to withdraw from the project planned at the 30.000 m² area of former army’s HQ damaged by NATO airstrikes in 1999 and over which Serbian officials are charged of forging documents to remove it from cultural heritage list to pave the way for construction of Trump Tower hotel.
