The Hague, 29 July 2025, dtt-net.com – A request for release on health conditions by the ‘Butcher of Bosnia’, Ratko Mladic, sentenced for Srebrenica Genocide, is rejected today by the President of United Nations The Hague-based court.
Judge Graciela Gatti Santana of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) said 83-year-old wartime military leader of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) “does not suffer from an acute terminal illness which could justify his release” to Serbia.
