Sarajevo, 14 November 2025, dtt-net.com - The USA government has accelerated its efforts trying to find a compromise with Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) authorities and unblock stalled project of gas interconnector from Croatia to supply the country with American LNG from Croatian Krk Terminal.
American Chargé d’affaires at the USA embassy in Sarajevo, John Ginkel, today met with the head of Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ-BiH) Dragan Covic, who so far has insisted on creating a new public company in the Bosniak-Croat entity to manage the project bypassing the existing one BH-Gas.
But no breakthrough was announced from the meeting of the two.
