Sarajevo, 22 January 2026, dtt-net.com – USA diplomats today met with officials of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) urging country’s government to enter a deal with Croatia which would pave the way for construction of gas interconnector between the two countries for supplying BiH with USA LNG, from Croatian Krk Terminal.
“The Southern Interconnection gas pipeline project is an important U.S. foreign policy goal in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the USA embassy in Sarajevo, said after the USA Charge d’Affaires, a.i., John Ginkel met today with BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Stasa Kosarac.
