Prishtina, 26 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Leaders of two Kosovo opponent parties met today for the sixth time since last month, discussing a way out over ongoing institutional deadlock following June 7 early parliamentary elections.
The leader of the winning party of June elections, Vetevendosje (LVV), Albin Kurti, and the leader of the opposition Democratic League (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, said they discussed names of eventual candidates from both sides for a new President of the country.
The two refused to unveil names to reporters, however.
